Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BrowserAI: the website, the playground, the gateway, the SDK and the MCP server. By opening a session, signing a request or paying over x402, you accept them.
The service
BrowserAI runs cloud browser sessions that you or your software agents control. We provide it as is and as available. Sessions may close early when a machine stops, when capacity is reached or when the service is updated; you are billed only for the seconds a session was open.
Payment
Sessions are priced per second in USDG as shown on the pricing page. Balances are prepaid credit for sessions, are not a deposit account, earn nothing, and are not refundable except where the law requires it. Onchain transfers are final. You are responsible for the wallet keys you use and for any network fees.
Acceptable use
You may not use BrowserAI to break the law; to access systems or accounts you are not authorised to access; to attack, overload or scan third-party systems; to send spam; to infringe intellectual property; to defraud anyone; or to circumvent the network rules of the service. You are responsible for respecting the terms of the websites your agents visit. We may end sessions and refuse service to addresses that break these rules.
Your content
What your agents do and read in a session is yours and your responsibility. We do not claim any right over it and, as described in the privacy model, we do not keep it.
Tokens
Any token associated with the project is not an investment product and carries no promise of return. Nothing on this site is financial advice. Staking rewards, where offered, depend on the fees the service earns and may be zero.
Third parties
Product and company names shown on the site, such as Chromium, Playwright, Puppeteer and the Model Context Protocol, belong to their owners. BrowserAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for actions your agents take, or for losses from wallet keys you control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for sessions in the 30 days before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do; continued use means you accept the new version.
