Privacy Policy

This policy covers the BrowserAI website, the playground, the gateway that runs browser sessions, the SDK and the MCP server. BrowserAI is run by its operator ("we"). We collect as little as the service allows, and the privacy model describes the technical side in full.

What we process

• Wallet address. The address that signs a request or pays over x402 identifies the balance it spends. We keep, per address, the deposits credited and the total spent.
• Session records. Session id, payer address, start and end time, seconds and amount charged, kept 30 days for billing and then deleted.
• Cookie vault. Ciphertext you chose to store, encrypted on your side with a key we cannot derive. Deleted 90 days after its last write or when you delete it.
• Replay frames. Only when you turn replay on, kept in memory for one hour after the session closes.

What we do not process

We do not log the pages a session opens, what is typed or read in it, or the IP address of the client. The browser profile of a session is deleted when it closes. The website uses no analytics and no advertising.

Payments

Payments are USDG transfers on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. Transfers and authorizations are visible to anyone on the chain and cannot be erased by us.

Processors

The gateway runs on cloud machines from our hosting provider, and the website is served by a hosting and CDN provider. They process connection data to deliver traffic. We do not receive request logs from them for the gateway.

GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR and equivalent laws apply to personal data we process. A wallet address can be personal data when it can be linked to you.

• Legal bases. Performance of a contract (running and billing your sessions), legitimate interest (security of the service), and consent for optional cookies.
• Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
• Exercising them. Contact us through our X account. Because there are no accounts, we will ask you to sign a message with the wallet concerned to prove it is yours. We can erase session records and vault entries; onchain transfers cannot be erased by anyone.
• Transfers. Our providers may process data outside your country under standard contractual clauses.

Children

The service is not directed at people under 18.
